BS&A Software is seeking a Cloud Upgrade Implementation Specialist with Tax focus to lead and support cloud ERP upgrades for customers upgrading from on-premises solutions. The role is customer-facing and requires frequent travel up to 75% to customer sites for training and go-live support.

You will specialize in the Tax module while contributing to other modules, ensuring successful data conversion, configuration, and user training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Prior upgrade/implementation experience preferred.
• Prior Tax experience (property tax) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support all aspects of BS&A Cloud ERP upgrades for on-premise customers.
• Serve as a go-to Upgrade resource for Tax modules and perform on-site and remote upgrades.
• Travel to customer sites up to 75% to guide customers through the process and provide training.
• Define customer requirements and align them with project objectives and best practices.
• Create and maintain upgrade documentation and user guidance materials.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and other specialists to keep plans current.
