Job summary

Jesse Tree is seeking an ERA Case Manager to help expand the Emergency Rental Assistance program for Treasure Valley neighbors at risk of homelessness. You will provide case management, connect clients with rental assistance, and collaborate with community partners to prevent eviction.

As part of a dynamic team, you will meet with clients 30–60 minutes per session, coordinate with landlords, and participate in ongoing supervision and program planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Background in social work or case management is valued but not required.
• Proficiency with Tableau and CRM software is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the ERA program to serve Treasure Valley neighbors at risk of homelessness.
• Provide case management appointments in person or over the phone.
• Connect clients with rental assistance and community resources; educate on budgeting.
• Mediation with landlords to prevent eviction and homelessness; collaborate with ERA colleagues.
