You will collaborate with program staff, maintain confidential case records, and connect families with housing, utility, food, and employment services, upholding confidentiality and compliance with policy standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in case management, crisis intervention, or public assistance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and process EA applications for families in housing instability or energy emergencies.
• Conduct eligibility assessments and verify documentation per W-2 and DCF policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate benefit issuance to support families in crisis.
• Guide families through the EA application process with clear, compassionate communication.
• Connect participants with housing, utility, food programs, and employment services.
• Maintain confidential case records in compliance with program standards.
• Collaborate with EA Case Manager Lead and other program staff for coordinated service delivery.
• Monitor application outcomes and follow up with families to assess ongoing needs.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and program regulations.
