Job summary

Just Compassion of East Washington County seeks a Housing Case Manager to provide housing-focused case management for households facing instability under the HRSN program.

You will assist with housing search, coordinate financial assistance, and deliver trauma-informed support to promote long-term housing success. Collaboration with landlords, healthcare providers, and social services is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive participant information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and client databases (HMIS preferred).
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides housing navigation and placement support to individuals and families.
• Coordinates financial assistance in compliance with HRSN funding requirements and internal protocols.
• Delivers ongoing case management to promote housing retention and long-term stability.
• Engages landlords and housing providers to secure housing placements.
• Maintains accurate case notes and documentation in HMIS or other required systems.
• Tracks housing outcomes and participant progress for program reporting.
