• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and self-pay portions; explain financial responsibilities.
• Balance cash drawer daily and prepare deposits; follow closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and support multiple patient and payer types across departments.
• Document and communicate effectively; protect patient privacy and data.
