Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and guests.
• Create, activate, and complete the patient scheduling, clinic registration, or hospital admission process.
• Explain insurance benefits, collect co-pays and self-pay amounts, and input demographic and financial data.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper data collection for reimbursement.
