Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Production Recruiting Lead for the Connected Warfare Division to own all production recruiting outcomes. This embedded operator role blends strategic program management with hands-on execution to align talent pipelines with CW leadership.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage end-to-end hires including leadership roles, and coach centralized recruiters. US Salary range is $143,000–$191,000 USD, with equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in production or technical recruiting.
• Ability to operate independently with complex hiring portfolios and ambiguity.
• Strong business partnership skills with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated program management experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for CW, including headcount planning, demand forecasting, requisition prioritization, and delivery against hiring targets.
• Act as the primary strategic talent partner to the Head of TA and divisional leaders, translating business objectives into executable hiring strategies.
• Deliver regular reporting on hiring health, pipeline velocity, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation to divisional leadership.
• Define SLAs, hiring goals, and success metrics for the Division's production portfolio in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Personally own and execute full-cycle recruiting on priority roles for CW's most critical, complex, or strategic production roles.
• Set the standard for recruiting excellence within the Division—best-in-class sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment rigor, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain credibility and market intelligence by staying hands-on in the craft of recruiting.
