Stark Tech is seeking a Service Advisor - Equipment to manage the service quotation process. You will convert technician findings into customer-ready repair solutions and develop service quotations while coordinating warranty claims and communicating with customers.

With 7–10 years of field service experience in HVAC, boiler, or critical power, you will support revenue growth through proactive follow-up and timely execution of service opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 7-10 years of field service experience (HVAC, Boiler, or Critical Power).
• Experience preparing service and repair estimates, proposals, or quotations.
• EPA CFC certification required; discipline-specific certifications (EGSA, UA Apprenticeship, NATE, STAR) preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
