Job summary

Stark Tech seeks a Service Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between customers and field technicians in HVAC, boiler, and critical power equipment. You will translate technical findings into customer-focused repair solutions and prepare accurate service quotations.

You will manage warranty claims, follow up on service opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely execution and revenue growth, using Microsoft Office and mobile devices daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7–10 years of field service experience in HVAC, Boiler, or Critical Power industries.
• Experience preparing service and repair estimates, proposals, or quotations.
• Universal EPA CFC certification required.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Valid driver’s license, if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Convert technician findings into detailed, customer-focused repair solutions and service quotations.
• Coordinate and manage warranty claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Communicate service recommendations and follow up on outstanding service opportunities.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure recommendations are translated into completed work.
• Support revenue growth by driving timely execution of service opportunities and fostering client relationships.
