G.E. Mechanical, LLC is hiring an HVAC/R Technical Service Advisor to ensure services meet quality standards. You will review technician work, provide technical guidance, and confirm ticket completeness through final invoicing.

Responsibilities include quoting, coordinating with customers, staying current with industry standards, and supporting a positive customer journey while driving efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years' experience in mechanical service or related field.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years in PM or estimating and 2+ years in leadership in mechanical service operations.

Responsibilities

• Review service tickets to ensure work matches descriptions and standards.
• Communicate with technicians to clarify technical information.
• Report quality issues and drive resolutions with management.
• Prepare quotes based on technician input, equipment, and standards.
• Extract pull-through work from service calls and maintenance visits.
• Quality and cost control of quoted projects to maintain standards.
• Build relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Inform customers about quoted work to aid decisions.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with service team.
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices.
• Coordinate team calls, workflow, and positive customer journeys.
• Maintain organized workspace and proper documentation for reference.
• Collaborate with management to meet goals and deliverables.
