You will liaise with Account Managers, field technicians, and customers to ensure project coordination and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school background is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in HVAC, Boiler, or Critical Power industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems and services.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and service management tools.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate time and material estimates for HVAC service work.
• Create detailed customer quotations and proposals tailored to specific project needs.
• Research and source parts required for repairs and upgrades, coordinating with suppliers and the warehouse team.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, service department, and field technicians to ensure all requirements are addressed.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and services.
• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries from customers via phone, email, and website.
• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities and new leads.
• Liaise with customers to communicate updates and facilitate smooth project coordination.
• Assist with order processing, including parts ordering, material returns, and addressing product availability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
