Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5 years' experience in mechanical service or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years PM/estimating and leadership in mechanical service operations.

Responsibilities

• Review service tickets to ensure work matches descriptions and standards.
• Clarify technical information with technicians.
• Report quality issues to management and coordinate resolutions.
• Prepare quotes based on recommendations, unit age, and standards.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide guidance for pricing decisions.
• Stay current with changing industry standards.
