Job summary

CRH, a leading materials and construction services company, seeks a Division Equipment Performance Improvement Manager in the Western Divisions. The role focuses on asset procurement, disposal, management and maintenance with emphasis on total cost of ownership for the fleet.

The position supports safety and performance initiatives, collaborates with shop personnel and finance to drive CapEx planning, budgeting and supplier partnerships. Hybrid work is offered with 60–70% travel.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop, equipment maintenance and equipment management experience.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee-driven safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe, effective, and efficient maintenance and repair practices.
• Facilitate regular communication with Division and Business Unit Equipment Managers.
• Work with Business Units to ensure total cost of ownership is competitive or lower than industry standards.
• Collaborate with Finance on CapEx, budgeting and related processes.
• Assist with understanding and reviewing equipment financials, dashboards and metrics.
