Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop, equipment maintenance and equipment management experience.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Programs.
• Experience in construction and materials industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee-driven safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe, effective, and efficient maintenance and repair practices.
• Facilitate regular communication with Division and Business Unit Equipment Managers.
• Work with Business Unit Managers to ensure TCO is competitive or lower than Industry Standards.
• Collaborate with Finance on CapEx, budgeting, and related processes.
• Support CapEx by aiding multi-year planning and strategic disposal plans.
• Provide feedback on performance initiative metrics.
• Maintain communication to maximize equipment life while reducing downtime.
• Assist with understanding and review of equipment financials, dashboards and reports.
• Work with Business Units to optimize operating conditions at sites.
