Job summary

Staker Parson Materials & Construction is seeking a Division Equipment Performance Improvement Manager to support the West Divisions' Equipment line of business. The role focuses on asset procurement/disposal, asset management and maintenance with attention to total cost of ownership for the fleet.

Travel is substantial. The position is hybrid with time split between office and remote work; requires strong technical, financial, and performance-management skills, plus experience in construction

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop, equipment maintenance and equipment management experience.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee-driven safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe, effective, and efficient maintenance and repair practices.
• Facilitate regular communication with Division Equipment Managers and Procurement Specialists.
• Work with Business Units to ensure total cost of ownership is competitive or lower than industry standards.
