Job summary

CRH is seeking a Division Equipment Performance Improvement Manager in Spokane to optimize fleet life cycle, reduce downtime and drive cost efficiency. You will partner with operations, finance and shop teams to manage CapEx, budgeting and equipment strategies.

The role requires strong technical and financial acumen, leadership, and a proven track record in equipment management within the construction/materials sector.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop, equipment maintenance and management experience.
• Experience working with electronic equipment management systems preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS, EAM and ERP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and analytical abilities.
• Industry experience in construction and materials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset procurement/disposal, management and maintenance with focus on total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with operations, shop teams and finance for budgeting and CapEx.
• Drive safety, performance improvements and lifecycle optimization across divisions.
• Provide guidance on fleet strategy, downtime reduction and asset utilization.
• Lead and mentor division equipment leaders and promote continuous improvement.
