Job summary

CRH's Americas Materials division seeks a Division Equipment Performance Improvement Manager to optimize fleet life-cycle, asset management and maintenance with a focus on total cost of ownership. You will partner with operations, procurement and finance to drive strategic CapEx and improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in shop and equipment management, strong technical and financial acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop, equipment maintenance and equipment management experience.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred.
• CMMS, EAM and ERP knowledge along with MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to communicate clearly and analyze financial & operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety culture and effective maintenance practices across divisions.
• Support CapEx budgeting, planning and supplier collaboration with finance.
• Drive fleet life-cycle optimization and lower total cost of ownership.
• Lead and mentor division equipment leaders and support shop teams.
• Develop and implement equipment excellence programs including CMMS and telematics.
