Job summary

CRH's Americas Materials is seeking a Division Equipment Performance Improvement Manager to support the West Division's equipment life cycle, from procurement to disposal, with focus on total cost of ownership. The role blends technical, financial and leadership responsibilities in a hybrid office/field setting.

You will collaborate with shop teams, operations, and finance to optimize performance, safety and uptime, while guiding asset strategies, CapEx planning, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop, equipment maintenance and equipment management experience.
• Experience working with electronic equipment management systems preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Programs
• Experience in construction and materials industry

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe, efficient maintenance and repair practices.
• Coordinate with Division and procurement teams on equipment management.
• Ensure total cost of ownership is competitive or lower than industry standards.
• Collaborate with Finance on CapEx budgeting and reporting.
• Support CapEx planning and lifecycle strategies for equipment.
• Provide feedback on performance initiative metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement across divisions.
