CRH's Americas Materials, a leading supplier in North America, is seeking a hybrid Equipment Performance Improvement Manager for the West Division. The role focuses on asset procurement, maintenance, and total cost of ownership across the fleet, collaborating with operations and shop teams to drive safety and performance.

The position requires strong technical, financial, and industry knowledge, with 60–70% travel and a compensation range of $120,000–$140,000 plus a 15% bonus.

Formación

• Ten years of progressive shop, equipment maintenance and equipment management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure employee-driven safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe, effective, and efficient maintenance and repair practices.
• Facilitate regular communication with Division and Business Unit Equipment Managers.
• Work with Business Units to ensure total cost of ownership is competitive or lower than industry standards.
• Collaborate with Finance on CapEx, budgeting and reporting.
• Support CapEx planning with multi-year strategies and life cycle analysis.
