Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work in a data center or critical environment
• 3+ years in utilizing or generating electrical drawings and design documents for data center projects
• 3+ years in designing or contributing to controls and monitoring solution projects
• 1+ year of project management experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Review MEP drawings with focus on EPMS design content
• Create EPMS scopes of work and review vendor proposals
• Coordinate with regional project managers to finalize project SOWs
• Review electrical LLE submittals to ensure EPMS scope
• Attend factory tests to validate EPMS devices and EPMS performance
• Develop and maintain EPMS points lists, specs, and BOD docs
• Lead collaboration across construction, programmers, and MEP/ACS engineers
