Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks an experienced controls professional to manage and troubleshoot BMS and EPMS in AWS data centers.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, perform RCA/CA, and ensure robust electrical and mechanical monitoring systems across facilities. Qualifications include a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 5+ years in industrial controls, and strong vendor management during large-scale construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, plus 5+ years of controls experience or 10+ years of controls experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience with industrial controls in critical environments (data centers, pharma, manufacturing, etc.).
• 4+ years of general contractor and vendor management (RFPs, bidding, change orders, QA) related to construction and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform RCA/CA for Control Systems in AWS Data Centers.
• Manage BMS/EPMS scope, schedule, and LOE for data centers.
• Develop project scope, schedule, budget, and LOE for customer requests.
• Coordinate with project leaders and report status to stakeholders.
• Support commissioning activities and review SOO with design teams.
