Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Virginia (Herndon) is seeking an EPMS Controls Design Engineer to help design, coordinate, and implement plant-wide EPMS controls for data center environments. You will work on EPMS programming, review electrical drawings, and manage SOWs for global projects.

The role requires 5+ years in data centers, strong EPMS and Modbus knowledge, and experience coordinating with multiple teams to drive standards and reduce project risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work in a data center or critical environment.
• 3+ years in designing or contributing to Controls and Monitoring solutions.
• 1+ year of project management experience in data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Review EPMS design content and electrical drawings for EPMS scope.
• Create EPMS SOWs, provide RFI support and review vendor proposals.
• Coordinate with regional project managers to finalize project SOWs and submittals.
