Job summary
UMass Memorial Health seeks an experienced Epic Willow Analyst to support, optimize, and advance our pharmacy information systems and medication-management technology. The ideal candidate will bring Willow expertise, pharmacy operations knowledge, and experience with cloud platforms, AI, and automation, collaborating with pharmacy leadership, IT, vendors, and clinical staff.
This role is predominantly remote, with occasional on-site work for upgrades, and includes day shifts with a rotating
Qualifications
- Strong Epic Willow application knowledge and expertise.
- Experience with pharmacy automation and inventory management.
- Ability to translate clinical requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow applications.
- Support Willow across inpatient and ambulatory settings.
- Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and testing.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams on integrations.
- Develop documentation and conduct training for users.
- Support disaster recovery and downtime planning.
