Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Epic Willow certifications preferred; ability to obtain as needed.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs) and healthcare experience.
• Strong communication across staff levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow applications.
• Support inpatient, ambulatory, and medication inventory workflows.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and optimization.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
