Job summary

Saviance is seeking a Pharmacy IT Systems Analyst to support and optimize Epic Willow Inpatient applications. The role requires a PharmD and Epic Willow Inpatient certification, with 4+ years of Epic experience and ability to work Eastern Time hours in a nationwide remote setting.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across pharmacy, clinical, operational, and IT teams to enhance workflows, troubleshoot issues, and drive system optimization in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BS), Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.), or equivalent in Pharmacy from an accredited organization.
A minimum of one year experience as a licensed Pharmacist.
Four years minimum of clinical or administrative information systems experience; healthcare IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide application support for Epic Willow Inpatient.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex workflow issues.
Support pharmacy-related workflows and ensure Epic functionality aligns with operational needs.
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, IT teams and other stakeholders.
Translate requirements into Epic application solutions and participate in upgrades, testing, and optimization.
