Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Optum Insight seeks an Epic Willow IT Business Systems Analyst to support pharmacy workflows across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You'll collaborate with pharmacists, operational leaders, and technical teams to deliver reliable system functionality, support implementations, and ensure end users have the tools needed for safe patient care. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Epic Willow Ambulatory or inpatient certification required.
• 3+ years' experience supporting Epic Willow in a healthcare setting.
• Experience gathering business and system requirements from clinicians and staff.
• Experience performing system testing, validation, and end-user support.
• Willingness to work 8-5 Central time

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, maintain, and support Epic Willow applications for pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Support integrations with Omnicell and other pharmacy tech.
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in testing, validation, and deployments.
• Create documentation, workflows, training materials, and procedures.
