Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking an Epic Willow System Analyst to lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Willow for inpatient, ambulatory, and specialty pharmacy. You will bridge pharmacy workflows with IT systems, ensuring configurations meet clinical and operational needs.

The role requires a PharmD licensure in Florida, Epic Willow certification (preferred), and at least 5 years in clinical healthcare or IT pharmacy systems.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) licensed pharmacist in Florida.
• Epic Willow Certification (Inpatient/Ambulatory/specialty) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in clinical healthcare, retail pharmacy, or IT pharmacy systems support.
• Strong familiarity with retail or health-system pharmacy operations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Epic Willow configurations to meet clinical needs.
• Analyze work processes with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Serve as primary support escalation for system issues and participate in on-call rotation.
• Provide clinical guidance and training to junior analysts and collaborate on documentation.
• Manage small-to-medium IT initiatives, track milestones, and maintain status reports with leadership.
