Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center invites applications for an Epic Willow System Analyst role in South Florida. The analyst will bridge pharmacy workflows with IT systems, driving end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment to support inpatient and ambulatory operations.

The role requires a PharmD licensed in Florida, Epic Willow Certification, and at least 5 years in healthcare settings or IT pharmacy systems. Travel for go-lives and on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) licensed pharmacist in the State of Florida.
• Epic Willow Certification (Inpatient, Ambulatory, or specialty) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in clinical healthcare setting, retail pharmacy, or IT pharmacy systems support.
• Strong familiarity with retail or health-system pharmacy operations, clinical medication order workflows, dispensing procedures, and clinical monitoring.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels, including senior leadership; willingness to travel locally for go-lives and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, build, testing, and deployment of Epic Willow configurations to meet clinical and operational needs.
• Partner with pharmacy leaders, clinicians, and stakeholders to analyze processes and translate business needs into technical requirements; streamline pharmacy operations.
• Serve as primary support escalation point; perform troubleshooting, ticketing, and participate in on-call rotation schedules.
• Provide clinical guidance and training to junior analysts; collaborate with clinical trainers on updates and documentation.
• Manage small-to-medium IT initiatives, track milestones, manage vendor/risk touchpoints, and report status to leadership.
