Qualifications

• Certification/License required: Active CPhT or Registered Pharmacy Technician license for the State of Florida.
• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, MIS, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of health system pharmacy experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with healthcare information systems and pharmacy/EHR configurations.

Responsibilities

• System Build & Configuration: design, build, test, and optimize Epic Willow applications and integrated pharmacy technologies.
• Clinical & Operational Support: provide daily technical support for pharmacy applications and troubleshoot issues.
• Implementation & Upgrades: participate in testing fixes and upgrades with minimal disruption to operations.
• Workflow Optimization: collaborate with pharmacy managers, pharmacists, and IT to improve patient safety and staff productivity.
• Documentation & Training: maintain documentation and support end-user training on Epic Willow functionality.
