Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Clinical Discipline, or related field (Required).
• Experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (Required).

• Responsible for day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications.
• Collaborates with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders, and IT teams to analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and support medication management processes.
• Provides application support, incident resolution, change management, and project coordination while serving as a subject matter expert for Epic Willow applications.
