Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks an experienced Epic Willow Application Support professional to optimize Willow Inpatient and Ambulatory systems. You will collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and support medication management processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

The role requires Epic Willow certification and 3+ years in healthcare IT with strong testing and incident management skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant application support, clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or Epic experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience supporting Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory applications in a healthcare environment.
• Experience analyzing pharmacy workflows and translating business and clinical requirements into system solutions.
• Experience with application testing, upgrades, change management, incident management, and system optimization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, pharmacists, providers, nursing staff, and operational leaders on application enhancements and implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day Epic Willow applications, including Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows and optimize medication management processes.
• Evaluate software releases, upgrades and new functionality to improve clinical and business outcomes.
• Perform workflow assessments and develop testing plans; support implementation of system enhancements.
• Provide incident resolution, change management, and project coordination as a Willow SME.
