Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA, is seeking an Epic Willow Application Support professional responsible for day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Willow Inpatient and Ambulatory systems.

You will collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows, implement improvements, and ensure safe, efficient medication management. Certification and experience with Epic Willow are required.

Qualifications

• Responsible for day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications.
• Requires collaboration with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT to analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
• Experience with testing, upgrades, change management, incident management, and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and translate business and clinical requirements into system solutions.
• Support implementation of system enhancements and new functionality.
