Sentara Healthcare Inc in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Epic Willow Applications Specialist responsible for day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory systems.

You will collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows, gather requirements, test plans, and implement system improvements while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant application support or healthcare IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience supporting Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory in a healthcare environment.
• Experience translating pharmacy workflows into system solutions and performing testing, upgrades, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support, incident resolution, change management, and project coordination for Epic Willow.
• Evaluate software releases, upgrades, and new functionality to optimize outcomes while ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Epic Willow applications and support implementations.
