The ideal candidate will implement, configure, support, and optimize Epic Willow modules across inpatient and ambulatory settings, collaborating with pharmacy, clinical, and technical teams to streamline medication workflows.

Required: 3+ years hands-on Epic Willow experience and active Willow Certification.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory.
Epic Willow Certification is mandatory.
Experience in Epic build, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
Strong understanding of inpatient and ambulatory pharmacy workflows.
Experience integrating Epic Willow with related modules.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support Epic Willow Inpatient and Ambulatory applications.
Collaborate with pharmacy staff, clinicians, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Design, test, validate, and deploy Willow enhancements and changes.
Support medication ordering, dispensing, and pharmacy workflows.
Perform testing and documentation; assist in Epic integrations.
