Qualifications

• Epic Willow Inpatient or Ambulatory certification is required.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Epic application including build and optimization.
• Strong understanding of medication workflows and pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of client work related to Epic Willow.
• Provide advanced application support to improve workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
