Insight Global has a contract opportunity with Optum for an Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst. The role focuses on application maintenance, incident management, and optimization of inpatient pharmacy workflows within a large healthcare environment.

Strong hands‑on experience with Epic Willow builds, upgrades, and troubleshooting in production is required. Responsibilities include managing SRS requests, triage, and build work; supporting PYXIS integrations; and assisting with quarterly Epic upgrades,

Qualifications

Epic Willow Inpatient Certification is required.
3 years of Epic Willow experience in inpatient setting.
Hands-on build, maintenance, and troubleshooting in Epic pharmacy modules.
Experience with ticketing environments and system enhancements.
Strong problem-solving under fast-paced workload.

Responsibilities

Manage and complete SRS requests including intake, triage, and build work.
Provide incident management for Epic Willow Inpatient workflows.
Support enhancement requests from analysis, build, testing to production.
Assist with day-to-day ticketing and operational support for pharmacy systems.
Perform medication builds and maintenance (new meds, NDC updates, formulations).
Review pharmacy-related error queues and support Pyxis integration.
Assist with quarterly Epic upgrades including review of release notes, build/config updates, testing and validation.
Go-live support.
