Job summary

Westchester Medical Center Health Network is seeking an Epic Analyst to implement and optimize the Epic Team Work module, aligning scheduling and care coordination with clinical workflows.

The role collaborates with clinical staff and IT teams to ensure the Epic system supports high-quality patient care, safety, and efficiency, with responsibilities across design, testing, go-live, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on EMR Analyst experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities or an integrated delivery network (IDN) preferred.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools (e.g., Clarity, Caboodle, SlicerDicer) preferred.
• Additional Epic certifications in related modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement Epic Team Work module configurations.
• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze, document, and validate clinical or business workflows.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system build documentation and decision logs.
