MissionHires is partnering with a healthcare client to hire an Epic Analyst (Core Clinical). This role supports inpatient and ambulatory workflows on the Epic platform by analyzing clinical processes and translating operational needs into Epic solutions.

The ideal candidate should have Epic certification and hands-on build experience, along with a solid understanding of clinical workflows and change management. Responsibilities include supporting implementation, troubleshooting, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a clinical setting impacted by Epic implementation.
• 2+ years of hands-on Epic application build and support experience.
• Current Epic certification required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical workflows and translate them into Epic solutions.
• Support implementation go-lives and troubleshoot Epic issues.
• Develop policies and procedures related to Epic usage.
