Ardent Health seeks an Access Optimization Analyst to support patient access, provider schedule utilization, and scheduling accuracy across its network. You will partner with clinic leadership, operational teams, and Epic stakeholders to maintain provider templates, workflows, and scheduling configurations, while auditing data and guiding staff on standardized practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience with Epic Cadence and Ambulatory workflows.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong scheduling workflow knowledge in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and educate operational staff on workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and audits provider templates, schedules, and scheduling workflows to support patient access, scheduling accuracy, and provider utilization.
• Reviews scheduling data, operational reports, and dashboards to identify discrepancies, barriers, and workflow improvements.
• Submits tickets to Epic teams and maintains data integrity essential for accurate scheduling.
• Serves as liaison between clinic leadership, centralized scheduling, and Epic teams for changes and builds.
• Partners with clinic leadership and operations to support standardized scheduling workflows.
• Supports implementation and sustainment of access optimization initiatives and scheduling practices.
• Provides education and training on scheduling workflows and updates to staff.
• Communicates with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to support scheduling goals.
