Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a scheduling systems analyst to optimize clinic scheduling workflows and support Epic Scheduling. The role involves validating and maintaining scheduling processes, collaborating with clinic leadership, and ensuring best practices in Epic scheduling.

Qualifications

Education: High School required; 3 years of healthcare tech/development or operations experience preferred.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Epic or scheduling software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Builds and maintains relationships with CPAS customers and serves as scheduling content expert.
Leads project plans with scope, objectives, and timelines; conducts risk assessments.
Analyzes scheduling templates and processes; recommends improvements to system functionality.
Provides change control oversight and impact forecasts for access.
Educates CPAS customers on standards and goals.
Maintains technical design docs for current and future states with data analytics.
