RWJBarnabas Health in West Orange, NJ, seeks a Change and Integration Manager to lead enterprise scheduling optimization initiatives across patient access. The role oversees Epic-based workflows and coordinates cross-functional teams to improve scheduling efficiency and patient access outcomes.

You will manage a team of business analysts, coordinate Epic-based workflows, partner with clinical stakeholders, and drive go-live support and training to ensure patient access improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science or related field.
• Two years in scheduling support with Epic EMR.
• One year experience in a management capacity.
• One year direct work experience in a project management capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of business analysts on scheduling optimization projects.
• Design, implement and maintain scheduling pathways for Epic and related systems.
• Coordinate training plans and change management for scheduling contact centers.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to mitigate scheduling barriers.
• Communicate project status and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Oversee go-live deployments and post-implementation support.
