Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health in New Jersey is seeking a Patient Access Change and Integration Manager to lead large-scale scheduling optimization initiatives across the enterprise, designing and maintaining integrated scheduling pathways for physician and hospital-based appointments.

You will manage a team of business analysts, coordinate IT and clinical stakeholders, define timelines, oversee go-lives, and ensure patient-centric scheduling workflows with Epic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related field.
• Minimum two years in scheduling support using Epic EMR.
• Minimum one year in a management capacity.
• Minimum one-year direct project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver service excellence in patient access projects.
• Coordinate design, implementation and maintenance of Epic scheduling workflows.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to identify and mitigate scheduling barriers.
• Facilitate go-live and change management for scheduling contact centers.
• Develop training plans and process flows; communicate progress to stakeholders.
