Job summary

Westchester Medical Center is seeking an Epic Analyst to implement, optimize, and support the Epic Team Workmodule—Epic’s scheduling and care‑coordination system. The role focuses on aligning clinical workflows with Epic configurations for efficient care delivery.

You will collaborate with clinical stakeholders, operations staff, and IT teams to ensure the system meets provider needs and maintains patient safety. A minimum of 2+ years in EMR analysis and Epic tooling experience is required.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on EMR Analyst/Builder/Consultant experience in a hospital or integrated healthcare setting.
Experience supporting multiple facilities or an IDN preferred.
Experience with Epic reporting tools is preferred (Clarity, Caboodle, SlicerDicer).
Epic certifications in related modules preferred; required certifications may be needed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and implement the assigned Epic Team Workmodule per specifications and business needs.
Collaborate with SMEs to document and validate workflows; translate requirements into Epic builds.
Create and maintain system build docs, specs, and decision logs for transparency.
