Job summary

South Central Regional Medical Center is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst to design, build, implement, and support the Epic Ambulatory module. The role partners with clinicians and operations to ensure workflow solutions meet patient care goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3+ years of Epic EHR experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to participate in upgrades, testing, and go-live activities in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of Epic EHR experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, implement, optimize, and support Epic Ambulatory workflows and templates.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations to meet organizational needs.
• Troubleshoot issues using logs; coordinate with Epic Support as needed.
• Participate in upgrades, release management, and new feature deployments.
• Create and maintain documentation, testing strategies, and training materials.
