Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a remote Epic Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Ambulatory applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document designs, and troubleshoot end-user issues.

You will work with end-users, manage small to mid-size projects, update stakeholders, and apply problem-solving skills to deliver reliable Epic workflows and training materials.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic systems administration experience.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow; supports environments.
• Configures Epic changes to standardize workflows and assist end-users.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders promptly.
• Performs root cause analysis and documents solutions.
