Highmark Health is seeking a remote-based Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory Epic applications. You will conduct business and systems analysis, requirements definition and documentation, system design, and problem resolution, communicating with end-users to understand issues and implement solutions.

The role requires 3 years of Epic module administration, Epic Application Certification within 6 months, and preference for experience with Epic Ambulatory and healthcare

• 3 years of Epic module systems administration experience.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory is preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Analyze requirements and workflows; document user needs.
• Configure Epic environments to support standardized workflows; resolve issues.
• Lead small to medium projects; update stakeholders on progress.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve problems.
