Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a skilled Epic Ambulatory analyst/administrator to configure, roll out, and support Epic applications. You will perform business/system analysis, define requirements, design configurations, test changes, and provide end-user support to optimize Epic workflows.

You will contribute to projects, communicate with stakeholders, and conduct root-cause analysis to resolve issues across Epic environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS/Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Epic Ambulatory Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Ambulatory applications; analyze business/system needs.
• Document requirements, design, test, implement, and support Epic systems.
• Provide end-user guidance and problem resolution for Epic environments.
• Lead small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
