Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Ambulatory specialist to configure, roll out, and support Epic Ambulatory applications. You will perform workflow analysis, document requirements, and provide end-user guidance to optimize Epic usage.

You will manage small to medium projects and communicate progress to stakeholders. The role requires 3 years of Epic administration experience, Epic Ambulatory expertise, and Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Qualificações

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Ambulatory applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and document requirements.
• Design, test, and implement Epic changes.
• Manage small to medium projects independently and update stakeholders on progress.
• Provide end-user guidance and resolve system issues.
