Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Ambulatory Epic applications. You will analyze requirements, document workflows, and provide end-user guidance to optimize Epic usage.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing, and independently managing small-to-medium projects while maintaining clear stakeholder communication across remote/hybrid environments.

Qualificações

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and user experience; documents workflows.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; fixes issues and implements new functionality.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance Epic usage.
• Manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root-cause analysis to resolve problems.
