Highmark Health seeks an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory Epic application(s). Responsibilities include business/systems analysis, requirements documentation, system design, testing, and ongoing support for Epic workflows.

The role requires Epic Ambulatory experience, certification within 6 months, and strong customer service, with remote-based work and occasional site travel.

Formación

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Ambulatory experience is required.
• Epic Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, roll out, and support Ambulatory Epic applications.
• Perform business/systems analysis, requirements definition and documentation.
• Design, test, implement, and support Epic workflows and configurations.
• Provide guidance to end-users and resolve end-user system issues.
• Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders regularly.
